Wambui Kimathi
Wambui Kimathi is currently a Senior Advisor to Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Irrigation in the Government of Kenya. Previously she was the County Secretary/Head of County Public Service. She has spent most of her life as a human rights advocate. Her previous roles have been as a Commissioner at the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights, the Deputy Executive Director of the Kenya Human Rights Commission, and was instrumental in the establishment of the Institute for Business and Human Rights in Kenya.Winnie Mitullah
Prof. Winnie Mitullah is a highly respected Kenyan scholar. She is a Professor of Development Studies at the University of Nairobi. Previously she served as the Director of the Institute for Development Studies (IDS) at the University of Nairobi. She is a renowned expert on issues of political development, urban planning, gender and civil society in Kenya and Africa. Winnie holds a PhD in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of York, UK.Francis Aywa
Francis Aywa is currently the Team Leader for the Deepening Democracy Programme at Development Alternatives Incorporated (DAI) - Kenya. Previously, he served as SUNY's Chief of Party for the Kenya Parliamentary Strengthening Programme. He has many years' experience managing large, complex civil society programmes in Kenya. He has also served as a Commissioner on the Independent Review Commission on the General Elections held in kenya on 27th December 2007 (IREC).
