This report captures insights and recommendations from a one-day methodology workshop held in Nairobi on February 6, 2025. The workshop brought together 17 participants from academia, civil society, and Indigenous communities to explore gaps and opportunities in knowledge production on Indigenous peoples’ issues and rights in Eastern and Southern Africa.
